Information on Changes in the Management of DARS

DARS d.d., Celje Information on Changes in the Management of DARS Družba za avtoceste v Republiki Sloveniji, DARS d.d., Ulica XIV. divizije 4, Celje, pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., and applicable legislation, publishes the following information: DARS informs that on 7 October 2026, Ms. Alenka Muhič, Member of the Management Board of DARS, and Mr. David Skornšek, M.Sc., Member of the Management Board, submitted their letters of resignation. The Supervisory Board of DARS, at its meeting on 7 October 2026, adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Peter Drobež as Chairman of the Management Board of DARS and Mr. Tine Svoljšak as Member of the Management Board of DARS. They will assume their positions on 8 October 2026. The information will also be published on the company's website (www.dars.si).
