Amendment to the Terms for Reporting OTC Transactions in Debt Financial Instruments

On 7 July 2026, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency adopted a new "Decision on the Obligation to Report Transactions in Debt Financial Instruments Concluded Outside a Regulated Market or MTF", which entered into force on the date of adoption. The Decision has been published on the website of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency. The most important change compared to the previous decision of 26 July 2018 is that OTC transaction reporting entities are now required to report to the Zagreb Stock Exchange via the OTC service also transactions in treasury bills listed on a regulated market that are concluded outside a regulated market or MTF. Accordingly, the Terms for Reporting OTC Transactions in Debt Financial Instruments Concluded Outside a Regulated Market or MTF have been amended.
