TELEKOM SLOVENIJE, d.d., Ljubljana Appointment of Supervisory Board Members of GVO, d.o.o., and AVTENTA, d.o.o., and Management Board of IPKO Telecommunications LLC Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., publishes the following announcement: The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has given its consent to the appointment of Cvetko Sršen, M.Sc., President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Barbara Galičič Drakslar, Vice President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., as members of the Supervisory Board of GVO, gradnja in vzdrževanje telekomunikacijskih omrežij, d.o.o., for a four-year term commencing on 5 October 2026. On that date, the mandates of the current Supervisory Board members, Boštjan Košak and M.Sc. Irma Gubanec, will expire. The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has given its consent to the appointment of M.Sc. Vesna Prodnik, member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., as a member of the Supervisory Board of AVTENTA, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o., for a four-year term commencing on 5 October 2026. On that date, her current mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board will expire. The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije has given its consent to the appointment of Cvetko Sršen, M.Sc., President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Janez Zidar, member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and M.Sc. Vesna Prodnik, member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., as members of the Management Board of IPKO Telecommunications LLC, for a four-year term commencing on 5 October 2026. On that date, the mandates of the current Supervisory Board members, Boštjan Košak, M.Sc. Irma Gubanec and M.Sc. Vesna Prodnik, will expire. This announcement will also be available on the company's website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
